The backyard is AMAZING wow! We stayed in the back yard most of the time just a beautiful view and a wonderful space it even has artificial turf keeping it nice and clean. The host was very responsive and proactively communicated with me at various points throughout the stay.That said, the hot tub was 75 degrees when we arrived and had no chlorine in it, I was able to purchase chlorine and turn on the tub so that half way through the stay we could use it (the hot tub does work). The living room and bathrooms had live spiders in the corners that would catch flies daily. The almost all the pool queues were broken and the pool table felt had a rip in it. The ping pong table was stored outside and was basically unusable because it had water damage and swolen spots all over it. The unit was pet friendly and did not smell like any animals, however the inside smelled of marajuana that didn't go away throughout the stay.Nothing inside the house or amenities were really a concern or problematic, just trying to provide details about my experience.We are from out of town and the neighborhood was rougher than expected given how nice the house is. The neighbors were nice and we had 0 issues while we were there, it was just not something my family was expecting.

Great Stay

The house was very clean and tidy when we checked in. Has a nice atmosphere. Iana (the host) was very communicative and timely when we reached out for a few things. About 30 min from Brickell (with traffic) and about 40 min from South Beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing home! Area a bit sketchy.

The house was amazing! Spacious and the backyard is so nice. Went for a bachelor party so had 10 people it was plenty of room and so much fun. The only slight negative was the area the house was in was definitely not the best part of town. The street/neighborhood itself was fine but going to the store felt almost dangerous. Just a lot of people walking around clearly on drugs. With that being said I would highly recommend the home it was an amazing stay!

Nicht zu empfehlendes Haus

Am Haus angekommen erst einmal ein Schock. Die Gegend nicht wirklich einladend, sehr schmutzige Umgebung. Mulmiges Gefühl beim betrachten der Nachbarschaft. Haustür geöffnet der nächste Schock, Schmutz und Staub überall. Dreckiger Boden, Schimmel in der Kaffeemaschine und auf dem Aussensofa. Schmutziger Whirlpool und Grill. Unmittelbardie Vermieterin des Hauses kontaktiert und die Sauberkeit reklamiert. Am nächsten Tag kam dann eine Putzfrau und beseitigte den gröbsten Schmutz. Die Vermieterin hat uns dann die Reinigungsgebühr von ca. 300 erlassen, was sich leider nur als ein Tropfen auf den heißen Stein rausstellen. Denn an Schlaf war in den Nächten nicht wirklich zu denken, direkt neben uns, fast jeden Abend laute Party‘s bis in die Morgenstunden. Zusammengefasst muss man sagen, das wir dieses Haus auf keinen Fall wieder buchen werden, da das Preis Leistungsverhältnis miserabel war. Zuhause ankommen und dieses Haus einigermaßen verarbeitet, haben wir dann die Vermieterin erneut kontaktiert um die ganzen Misstände zu besprechen. Das schlechte Preis Leistungsverhältins wurde von uns angesprochen und um einen nachträglichen Rabatt gebeten. Dies wurde von der Vermieterin mit folgender Begründung verneint. 1. wir haben ja einen Rabatt von 300 für die Reinigung erhalten. Das muss reichen. 2. wir hätten ja gehen können, wenn uns das Haus nicht passt und dann ja auch eine Gutschrift erhalten. (Ist klar). Schmutziges Wasser im
