WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Super, modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom oceanfront residence with amazing ocean views & endless blue from every room. The pop art really brings out the Miami vibes and spacious split floor plan offers a great ambiance for your vacation getaway.
Ocean views from every room, including the kitchen which is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony and on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has amazing ocean views and also an on-suite bathroom.

LA PERLA: The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
GUEST ACCESS: La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas.
La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways.
The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VRBO:
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through the building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult OR $100/married couple. Married couples must apply on the same application for the $100 to honored. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. No credit check is performed, solely a background check. All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.
VALET PARKING CHARGES: Guests will have access to valet parking. A ONE TIME fee of $10 covers your parking for your entire stay. You will pay this fee after your application is processed to a company called Zinc. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID'S - Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, gym, and also the beach services. After completing the application process all guests will pre-register and pay for their guest ID fees before arrival. All guests will receive access to a mobile app called STiD. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid to a company called Zinc.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.

This is one of the best places and locations we have stayed in, in all our trips of being snow birds. Magnificent view of the ocean from all rooms. South facing view and no tall building too near to the south meant sunlight on the balcony all day long! Until mid march, then the sun is more overhead and sunlight on the balcony is somewhat less.Brandon is a great host, very responsive, and check-in was a breeze. The apartment was immaculate, including the air vent grates. Location is central to an endless number of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
