great view, nice apartment

We had a smooth check in process. Was pleasantly surprised by the kitchen supplies. We had a sink back up on Sunday. I sent a text, emailed and sent a VRBO message, but didn't hear from anyone until the day we checked out which was Tuesday. Luckily, the front desk helped resolve the situation. The host reached out and we talked about a call on Wednesday, but no call came

Million Dollar View and Location Location Location

The view from the unit and the patio are great, the king beds are comfy and the AC worked well. The location was perfect for our needs, it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and clubs. Front desk check in was smooth although room was not available for check in until 4 pm on the dot. We were only there for one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities the property had to offer. Sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. We dined at the Bayshore club for dinner with family on the patio and it was very enjoyable, highly recommend the Branzino. We also enjoyed tapas at Casa Xabi, amazing restaurant for the advanced palate, a hidden gem, owner/chef even surprised our son with his menu items, flavors and execution - our son is a very particular exec chef. We would stay at this property and in this area, again.

Stunning Place

Beautiful property and neighborhood, friendly staff, communicative hosts. Immaculate place with a gorgeous view. Plenty of walkable restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property is beautifully decorated/furnished and comfortable with amazing views. Great location too. The unit has some very nice features, including great use of space and plenty of places to store your things. Great communication from the hosts!

Beautiful view.

Great apartment on 18th floor of Arya hotel. Wonderful views. Easy in and out access and parking. Apartment consists of a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and lounge plus a lock off bedroom with a bathroom. Air conditioning works well everywhere except for the main master bedroom, this made it very uncomfortable at night, there is a fan but we found it too noisy to keep on. Maintenance came to check the air con in the master bedroom but couldn’t improve it, seems the vent is too small for the room. Electronic blackout blinds are really great. Both units have a nespresso pod coffee machine. Overall a good stay in Coconut Grove.

Family time

The hosts were fantastic, excellent communication. Property as described and the views were outstanding. It was also located at the end of the corridor so was really quiet which we like. The location of the property is perfect for us as we like to walk out into coconut grove for meals and the park. Our one negative was that the AC in the main master bedroom was not that cold, it was really cold in the living space and kitchen but it did not get as cool in the bedroom. The fan was great though!!! Also, in the second bedroom the AC was noisy. Overall though, we had a fabulous time and highly recommend this property. Thank you so much

Great unit in lovely neighborhood

The condo was just as pictured. comfortable beds with plenty of space for our family of 4. Ample amenities. Great location for shopping, dining and morning runs. We will return.

Amazing stay at amazing location!

My wife, our 2-year old toddler, and myself had an amazing stay at this spacious condo in Coconut Grove. The location is perfect, right next to many great restaurants, shops, parks, and cocowalk. The view from the condo is also spectacular, we'll be back!

Beautiful unit with amazing views

Couldn’t ask for a better location or view. Unit was immaculate and nicely furnished. I especially appreciated the sanitized remotes. Also of note, was the wonderful responsiveness of the hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this property.

My favorite place in the Grove

I have stayed in this apartment quite a few times now. It's like coming home every time we walk through the door. The beds are comfy, the view spectacular and the place is alway so clean. The management team is fantastic, and always respond to your calls and text straight away. We love the Miami Vacation Rental team. We will definitely be back to stay in this lovely place.

Simply stunning!

Communication with hosts was first class The apartment was perfect. Views to die for, spotlessly clean, contemporary decor, comfortable beds. Location was amazing too as so close to restaurants. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Great corner condo in The Hotel Arya in Coconut Grove, Miami

The service and communication were fantastic and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The property was exactly as described and depicted in the listing’s photos. The view of Biscayne Bay was breathtaking in the day and at night. The family really enjoyed the vibrancy of the surrounding area, especially the numerous restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. It was very safe and we had no problems with the parking in the parking ramp. I highly recommend this property if you want to relax and enjoy Miami.
