The host was incredibly responsive and responded almost immediately each time I messaged, which was very appreciated. The house very comfortably fit 10 people. I appreciated that the house was stocked with plenty of silverware, dishes, pots/pans, etc. Overall it met most our needs and was a great location for my gathering. Of disappointment, was that I booked the house in part because it had a pool that we planned on using, but the pool was dirty. I was advised a cleaner would come, but I guess the original cleaner couldn't come and they did not try to find a back-up. The pool area is really cute, so it was unfortunate it was so dirty. We spent a little time sweeping away all the dead leaves around the lounge chairs and cleaning what we could reach in the pool ourselves, which wasn't the end of the world, but for the price I was paying I didn't really want to be the pool cleaner. There was also an issue with dirty bedding in one of the rooms, but the host had new blankets sent to the house the next day.

Recently stayed here for my bachelorette - the host was great and very communicative. There were a few broken appliances in the house which was frustrating to deal with but the hosts were extremely apologetic and helped get everything resolved.

We had a fantastic stay at this property for a group trip to Miami. The location was excellent, putting us close to all the action while still providing a relaxing retreat. Bachelorette weekend success!

This was a wonderful house and location for all of the fun we had planned for my sisters Bachelorette Trip. We were close to the best restaurants, pool clubs, marinas for boat charters. It was also convenient for all of our food deliverer during our stay. Just a blast!

This house was amazing! The host is certainly the best host i have ever encoutered! The house was huge and very clean. Once you go inside the house it's just truly jaw dropping! The property is nicely spaced out. Master suite is big and well-appointed. Most importantly, the property managers let us stow our bags when we arrived 4 hours earlier than we anticipated. We go on this trip to Miami annually; will definitely do our best to book again.

What an amazing job job the team did at knowing everything and anything we could’ve needed to have an amazing time at the house. All of the details where thought through. We had an amazing time. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for how responsive the team is, we had an AC issue and within hours they where there helping and got the problem resolved.The whole team was responsive via text and call.
