Welcome to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath haven around the Coral Gables area, it’s a new construction, modern kitchen with all the amenities including dishwasher. Enjoy the private small terrace and patio, includes one parking spot . The perfect space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Includes a convertible twin ottoman for an extra person, ideal for a kid or young adult. It’s completely private 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment however there is 2 units located on the sides with their own private entrance, completely separate.
This unit is in the back of the main home. Private everything except the driveway. One parking space located in front of the black gate on the right hand side.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great stay

Lovely place, modern, clean, great location, and host was very helpful and fast communication. Only issue we had was very poor cell phone reception with Verizon, but is not the house is the whole area.
