Honestly everything stood out as fantastic! The host was phenomenal communicatingv with me. All the activities were so much fun at the house. Plenty of room for all of our guests. Easy location. Full control of the thermostat and super simple and easy check out instructions (I've stayed at other rentals that limit thermostat control and had us basically clean the whole house while still charging a large cleaning fee and this one absolutely did not!) If/ when we have another group activity this would be the top of our list of places to stay! Only about 20 minutes from south beach for tour curious.

The house presents as in the pictures, beautiful and very clean. Lots of games to entertain during a longer stay too and everything was in working order. Jany was very accommodating and typically fast to respond to our messages, she even ordered us a clothes drying rack for pool towels and such since we were a large party and didn’t have enough space for all the towels. My only wish was that the spa would have been automatically turned on daily. I understand the need to turn off the heater for recycling the water to keep the pool/spa clean, but we had to remind about it multiple times. Since we spent December at the house and used the pool daily, having the spa on was essential. All in all though I think 5 star rating is appropriate.

This home looked exactly like the pictures and every amenity was available to be used! The property manager was excellent along with the cleaning crew. Location is in an ideal location from both airports! I loved celebrating my birthday here and will definitely save this location for future travel!
