Room smelled like clorox. No remote. Mold. Switched rooms. Stained carpets, broken TP holder and broken soap dish in shower. Room smelled foul. Elevator broke. Had to climb up and down 6 flights to and from room. This should be reported. If I was handicapped, I would have reported them to the proper authorities. Had a great time at the Dolphins game and was ruined by a ghetto hotel and no one cared. If I could get a refund, then I would but I doubt it. Most horrific hotel ever!! This hotel should not even be open and operating right now. Shame on someone!!

Worst Hotel I have ever "stayed" in

I Drove from Lakeland to Miami and for a football game and decided to get a hotel for the night so I didn't have to drive 4 hours after the game. We checked in at 11:00 PM and by the time we made it to the door we were already thinking of leaving. The elevator door took like 20 seconds to open and close like it was a haunted house, the walls have curse words scratched into them and half the lights were flickering like the conjuring was about to spawn in. We got into the room and in the span of 10 minutes we found that we couldn't lock our door, saw a roach crawl on the ground, found mold on the lamp, tv remote non existent, tub filled with mold/rust, and we could hear everyone around us like there was no walls. We decided we would just take the ride home that night cause it honestly was disgusting and we did not feel safe at all. It then took the lady an hour to check out
