Watched and fed ducks; was quiet even though this unit is part of the main house. Lots of spider webs on exterior, could have been cleaner. Small step up to kitchen not marked. We both tripped several times. One wall of bathroom doesn't go all way to ceiling. Interior door to main house in kitchen only had lock on other side with an insulated curtain. Privacy could be an issue. But didn't feel unsafe in unit or neighborhood. Had a different smell. Not bad or deal breaker, but like cooking spicy food. Host was very accommodating and friendly. Allowed us to check in a little early. Couldn't see any smoke detectors. No light cover on kitchen ceiling fan. TV was easy to use. Some outside chairs for guests to use would be nice since you have a view of that lake.

Great neighborhood, clean and cozy. Perfect getaway minutes from good food and close too interstate. Host is easy to get along with and understanding.
