Location was great. Everything within walking distance. Apartment was specious and balcony view was nice. Laundry equipment & kitchenette was a big plus. Entree to the apartment was clean except for the balcony. If the place gets a interior upgrade with some new furniture it would definitely be 5 Star.

La location é strepitosa, bayside (centro del turismo in downtown) é a 100mt… il Caseya (a 200…. Fermata metromover fronte casa… parcheggio gratuito e molto comodo nel park multipiano nel quadro successivo. Posto auto per carico/scarico proprio fronte ingresso. Conosco molto bene Miami e consiglio questa location a chi arriva per la prima volta. La vista dalla terraza non é fronte baia ma é comunque molto bella ed emozionante. Apt spazioso e pulito.
