Spent 3 days here recently and had a wonderful time. The hotel was well situated, the staff friendly and very helpful and the rooms very clean. Parking was no problem (saw comments on trip advisor before I went) as it was made clear what to do and how much it would cost at reception. Will definitely return, hopefully soon.

After a week travelling the Alps we booked this hotel en route home as it specified Parking and our car is full of luggage and camping gear etc. On arrival we were told there was no on site parking and we could park roadside until 6am or pay for parking at a multi story, neither of which seemed very secure The Hotel refused to refund our payment as they had mis represented the Parking so at 1am I had no choice than to take the room My vehicle is a standard size car with roof box so the car park they said was 2.0m height is only 1.9m and did not fit, I then parked roadside eventually finding a space only to then find after locking my car I could hear snoring which turned out to be a tramp on the staircase where my car was parked opposite the hotel so I had to move it again. It is now 4am and I am still going out to check my car as there are many undesirables still hanging around the street outside the hotel. Then to top things off I have just returned to the Hotel to find the desk staff smoking weed on the entrance....very professional I don't think. There is also a loud noisy vibrating fan noise coming from the Staircase that is echoing in our room Avoid this hotel at all costs as neither the staff or management are useful or willing to help

This is a great modern hotel. I was checked in quickly and the staff member was friendly and explained that there was no parking but it was possible to park on the street or the nearby car park. Our room seemed quite new and was very comfortable. The only minor point was that there was no fridge but this was fine considering the price. WiFi worked well in the room. We found the location great, being right beside the station and a 2 minute walk to the Pompidou-Metz. The old town was perhaps a 20 minute easy walk away. We’d certainly stay again.

Stayed one night on our way to Austria with national holidays. We arrived late at 10pm but a pleasant young lady greeted us. Rooms were allocated swiftly and were of a good standard. Everything looked brand new, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and very large. The whole room was very clean. My son and I slept well but we were exhausted after being on the road from Newcastle since 3.30am. The breakfast was plentiful and surprisingly good. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we could hear loud music and had no idea where it was coming from. A lovely, clean and modern stop over hotel.

We visited for one night. First impressions were good - our room was large and modern, the bed comfortable, everywhere was clean. Then we realised that both the soap dispensers for wash basin and shower were empty, and we hadn't brought our own as we know that Campanile normally provide. We spoke to the receptionist who had no English, but I have enough French to explain. He said he would bring soap while we went out for a meal and made a note. On our return nearly 3 hours later, he was just finishing his shift and dressed to go home. We went to our room and there was still no soap. We went downstairs and went through the explanation again with a very friendly young receptionist who also spoke no English but went immediately to look for soap - but could not find it, and promised to bring some to our room. Half an hour later we went back downstairs and I asked for another room as we could not use the toilet as we could not wash our hands and that this was not satisfactory. She promised to bring the soap within 10 minutes - which she did. I can understand the original oversight, although I would have expected housekeeping to have filled the dispensers, but having reported it the incident was badly handled, particularly by the first receptionist who failed to deal with a simple request and didn't tell either us or his colleague. Pity, it's a nice hotel, but this was very aggravating after a long day travelling.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel located minutes from the train station. We had a triple room. The hotel is not in the town centre, approximately a 30 minute walk to Place de Comedie, but there is a lot to see along the way. Walking everywhere was not a problem. Both hotel room and bathroom were very clean, water pressure in shower was good. Beds were surprisingly good and room was quite. Overall a good stay in a better than expected hotel.

New modern hotel with comfortable beds. Room has real showers. Although my room faced train tracks, could not hear. The train station has parking on its roof and access is through a quick walk through the station{Gare}. Food is quite reasonable

We had a pleasant stay not too far from the centre of Metz. We enjoyed the Christmas markets particularly. No noise from the train station right outside was apparent, and the car park was only a short walk away (there was a spot to offload our young children and bags just outside reception.)

We were two senior women , nobody helped us with luggage , parking is far and expensive . Rooms have cigarette smell . 4 men in lobby and just watched us instead of helping at least to take luggage from car.

Stayed one night en route to Italy. Hotel is next door to central station, but NO noise from trains! Hotel is modern, clean and welcoming. Room spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Nice bar area. Ate in restaurant - food excellent and reasonably priced, service good. Would definitely stay here again.
