AMAZING!!! One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel was very safe and had a friendly atmosphere which was very welcoming. Will be staying here again if I visit Mersin.

Nice stay

The stay was mostly pleasant. Although staff are very polite and helpful, I only found 1 person that spoke English. Although this is okay, the description for the hotel says they do speak english, so this was a big surprise to me. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Lovely experience

It is an amazing hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. Amazing breakfast. Everything about it was very nice. At breakfast I observed a GM or some manager who was very concerned about cleanliness. I think credit goes to him and the owner. But night staff was not very comforting. Moreover, the rooms are a bit small but very tastefully decorated. I will recommend everyone to go there. It is also good for money. Thumbs up to the owner and team

Outstanding

I highly recommend this hotel if you like a comfy bed, nice and clean room and shower, great traditional Turkish breakfast along with food that would suit to most people, and friendly staff. I really really liked my stay.. Great one ! The room I stayed would be at least £100 per night in London(where I live) without a breakfast; whereas here breakfast is included. The price here is almost 1/4 ! They have massage , Turkish bath etc but I didn't try it. Next time :)

Great place to stay

Comfortable room, responsive staff, great breakfast! There was some confusion over our comings and goings so our room was not cleaned or restocked on the second day, but this was a minor thing. The location was great - the hotel staff booked taxis for us and it was easy to flag down the local dolmuş to travel outside of town. Be sure to take advantage of the spa features - the massage was wonderful.
