NAVONA is the best and most excellent hotel I have ever stayed. Hakan bey the general manager, Sevgi hanım the receptionist are real good professionals. All staff are very successful in customer relations. It is a hotel where you can always stay safely.

Overall, the hotel was pleasant. It was situated in a great location, close to the Forum Shopping Centre. The staff members were friendly, and the room was nice and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance. The power outlet on the balcony was hanging off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but could have offered a few better hot food options instead of just fried items.

Great hotel, very relaxing

I was supposed to stay for 5 days, but I decided to extend my stay. It's close to the board walk. You can walk to the Marina, Forum, and many other cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean and the staff was really friendly.

Walking distance to the Marina. Room is spacious. None of the staff spoke English. Hotel restaurant staff were too slow to provide service and forgot my order in one instant. Overall I wasn't pleased with the staff service. Hotel is ok otherwise and rooms are comfortable.
