Excellent view from the balcony. The room was clean and very spacious. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet; really good value for money. The hotel is near major shopping centres some even in walking distance or a short taxi ride. But above all, it's the staff who makes Mersin Hilton stand out. They make you feel welcome and show you that geniune Mediterranean hospitality. If you are visiting this property you must try their restaurant at the seafront; Ichellia. The food is authentic, so tasty and they use locally produced good quality products. They serve the old classic Turkish dishes with a modern touch. I will definitely be staying here again.

We’ve been here only for a short stay but still we enjoyed every second of it. Service was perfect, waiters / waitresses, the whole staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness: 10/10. Only down side could be disturbing flies around the pool. Maybe you can consider stronger pest control for the future. Last but not least our room was also great, perfect view & design. Thanks!

Everybody was great! From the staff at the restaurant and the bar to the housekeeping and the people at reception, everybody was great! Even when I had a small issue with my room they sorted it out within 10-15 minutes!
