Modest place for unpretentious visitors

The hotel is very shabby. Missing shelves, furniture parts, torn off sockets, rusty plumbing… Entrance cards demagnetised every day and we had to change them at the reception every day. We booked 2 rooms - the second was for children. Entrance cards opened both doors. Finally we found out that they fit to all the rooms! Cleaning was made only twice during our 9 days stay. We had to throw out towels and garbage packages outside the room because nobody came even when the light “please clean the room” was turned on. Our room was totally smoky and the smell caused a headache. Breakfast was so poor that if we came a little later than the others there was almost nothing to eat. The only good thing about this hotel is its staff. Everybody was friendly, attentive, responsive and they do love children!

Aile oteli, tercih edilir...

Son derece kibar, yardımcı ve ilgili çalışanları var. Her sorununuza anında çözüm üretmek için çabalıyorlar. Üniversiteye yakın olması sebebiyle tercih ettik. Ben araçla geldim müsait otoparkı var. Tek sıkıntı biraz içeride kalıyor otobüs ile gelsem belki yurume mesafesinde çekinebilirdim. Ama kesinlikle tercih edilir. Olumsuz yorumlar haksız yere yapılmış. Kahvaltısı da bu fiyat için yeterli. Hatta ilk geldiğimiz gün bize yumurta kalmadı diye talep etmediğimiz halde mutfaktaki abla 4 yumurta kırıp getirdi. Nerede var bu nezaket.... Teşekkür ederim.
