Best Hotel in Forest

Bathroom was dirty (hair on floor and tub was not clean) and the carpet looked dirty. Definitely needs to be updated to represent the Holiday Inn brand.

Everything was okay. The only issue I had was that the bathroom has mold in the wall by the toliet and it smell like mold on the side of the bed I slept on. In addition, the swimming pool had not been cleaned.

I like that the hotel is close to the casino, but it needs upgrading. The outlets are no good or don’t work. Cheaper hotels at least have a microwave and/or mini fridge. The rest of the facilities are nice.

Coffee pot in the room was not functioning- mildly warm coffee. Bathroom shampoo/conditioner holder was dirty- in room jacuzzi out of order. It was not worth $186 a night. Breakfast served at 6:30 on a weekday- I left at 6am for business. Normally Holiday Inn Express can be worth the extra… just not this one. I will say it was their last room available and it was quiet and the bed was decent.

Holiday Inn Forest

This is the only decent place to stay in Forest. Because it’s the only option close to a nice place to sleep a lot of people choose it to stay. For the cost of the room, they definitely need to upgrade it. It needs so many upgrades. The bathroom paint is chipping, the carpet was dirty, the tvs are old (remote). But the breakfast was nice.

Drive past this one

Just an overnight stop on a cross country road trip. We arrived late and the room was HOT. Most don’t air condition rooms prior to arrival so it wasn’t that big of a deal……until it NEVER COOLED OFF. Older property where you still change the air on the actual unit under the window. It displayed the temp as 77 upon arrival and even with it set at 65 it never got below 77 in the room. There was no wall thermostat so this was not user error in case you’re wondering. Miserable nights “sleep” when you can’t get comfortable

I had made my reservation thru Hotels .com for a king rm with a handicap roll-shower for $146.59. When i checked in and found I had a tub rather than a walk in shower i checked at front desk why? They said they only had one room like that it got double booked and the other person checked in before me so they got the room. I was not happy and could not take a shower from a tub!!
