The hotel rooms are small but quite and the beds are hard. Staff is qreat and the hotel is all enclosed including the pool.

The hotel is close to town, clean, and has comfortable beds. It's great for the price. We stayed in room 226 and it was quiet. The nicer rooms overlook the street and I think they might be noisy. There's tile in the halls and rooms so you can hear people rolling their luggage as they go by. I'd rather hear that than have carpeting. The pool area is nice. It's not a luxury hotel but I didn't pay for luxury. I paid for safety, comfort, and convenience. And I got my money's worth.

Nice Hotel in a great historical area of Merida. Great staff. The only thing is they need chairs with backs in each room.

Good I like this hotel is very easy the connection

This a good hotel situated near everything in downtown. Have so much fun.The hotel is near to theaters,restaurants,parks and more. I like the siempre en Domingo or every Sunday day when the city have activities all over downtown. :}

Small Room but good Value. Did not like the liquid soap system. I appreciate having a soap bar I can hold. Other than that, good clean room, nice people and good location.

The hotel was a great value - but the bed wasn't very comfortable. The hotel made up for it by its excellent staff and its perfect location.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon and we would definitely stay at this hotel again. The staff is very nice and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location is just right. I would recommend this hotel to small families who want a comfortable and economic stay in Yucatán

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Our Spanish isn't great so it was helpful that the front desk staff all spoke English. We had a minor problem with the thermostat in our room and they quickly suggested that they move us. In doing so they upgraded our room. The hotel was clean and the rooms basic but pleasant. Our room opened onto an internal courtyard which helped considerably with the traffic noise. The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Convenient hotel if one wants to enjoy the historic downtown, which can be reached by foot. A free car parking available.

Nice location, downtown area, a few blocks from the main park. Nice safe parking. Nice staff. Nice food in restaurant.

The hotel is only 3 blocks from the central square and is a typical Mexican hotel with clean facilities, and a very helpful staff. They have off street parking for guests. The hotel is a little difficult to find until you figure out the street system with odd number streets running one direction and even number the other. Sunday nights, the streets around the central square are closed for bands and dancing in the street. Many other activities are short walk from the hotel.
