It was okay, not bad not great

Feels spacious especially for 2 guests. Needs a really good deep cleaning very dusty w/ cobwebs in corners. Furniture, including beds, not very comfortable. Location is pretty good. Lots of bugs in Mérida including in one bathroom that has an open window. Wish they supplied more bug spray not just citronella candles. Air conditioning is only in the 2 bedrooms but works well. Checkin is at 4pm, right when we arrived at front door, property manager knew we landed and we’re heading over but we had to wait another almost 30 minutes for him to arrive to let us in.

3 week stay in historical district San Sebastion

Property was as advertised. Leaking pool was fixed by week 3. We filled it up daily prior to repair. Pool doesn’t get much sun in the courtyard so water stays cold. Wifi worked only near pool area and in back bedroom. Air conditioning worked well in both bedrooms. Furniture in living room was uncomfortable and one chair was unusable due to damaged seat.A kitchen table and chairs were located near the pool but we would have prepared reclining chairs or lounges to relax on after a dip. Upstairs there is a hammock and 2 comfortable patio chairs. Bed was hard but some people prefer that. Shower door opened inwards in first bedroom so it was hard to get in and close the door without hitting yourself.due to tight fit in the corner. Hot water lasted longer in first shower and pressure was better. Kitchen is rustic and I could never get hot water from the tap to wash dishes. Whole house had cobwebs on the ceiling but it’s hard to reach I’m guessing. House could use a paint job so it looks more like the pictures.
