Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist super, die Vermieterin sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Mit Kleinkind ist die Wohnung auch sehr schön gewesen. Es ist nur sehr schade, dass man auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und fußläufig ist alles sehr weit weg.

Für einen Kurztrip in Ordnung

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Nächte vor Ort. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und sauber. Es ist wirklich ein im Detail gut umgesetztes Konzept, abgelehnt an Hotel Standards. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist aus unserer Sicht, nicht sehr komfortabel. Die Küche hat genug Platz und es ist alles an Utensilien vorhanden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sicherlich in Ordnung, für einen längeren Urlaub, wäre die Wohnung leider nichts für uns. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört fast jeden Schritt und jedes Räuspern des Nachbarn. Morgens ab 06:00 Uhr, wird man zusätzlich durch den Berufsverkehr bzw. startende Autos oder laute Motorräder der/des Nachbarn geweckt. Hier hält sich gefühlt auch kaum jemand an die 30 KMH. Das ist ja bekanntlich alles Geschmackssache/Ansichtssache, aber wir haben die Punkte als störend empfunden. Weiterhin ist hier nichts, außer ein Rewe Markt im näheren Umkreis, was wir natürlich auch vorher bereits wussten, aber nicht als so gravierend eingeschätzt hatten. Mit einem Fahrrad sicherlich kein Problem, ohne Fahrrad ist man definitiv auf das Auto angewiesen. Der Garten kann mitgenutzt werden, sieht aber unserer Meinung auf den Bildern etwas größer aus, als er eigentlich ist. Zum kurzen verweilen aber sicherlich in Ordnung. Man kann sich eben draußen aufhalten oder auch grillen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis empfinden wir, aufgrund der genannten Punkte, leider insgesamt etwas zu hoch. Der Aufenthalt war trotzdem in Ordnung und wir können dir Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Super Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Super tolle , sehr große Ferienwohnung in Merdingen und in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge in die Region. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt in der Ausstattung weder im Wohn-, Küchen- oder Sanitärbereich an Nichts. Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen
