An attic apartment with 77 m2, two separate bedrooms, a large living room with balcony offers a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Texel Group. Newly furnished in the best villa area in Meran Obermais, surrounded by meadows and apple trees. The city center of Merano can be reached in a few minutes by car or on a beautiful walk in 15 minutes.
The apartment is located in Merano Obermais and the beautiful center of the spa town is in the immediate vicinity. The Botanic Gardens and the Touriseum of Trauttmansdorff Castle can be easily reached via the Sissi Way. The public outdoor pool of Scena is in sight. From the bus stop 5 minutes away, many places of interest can be visited. For excursions, the extensive hiking area Meran 2000 attracts. The cycle path to the Passeiertal is only a few hundred meters away.
For 2-4 persons are available 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a large open living space consisting of: living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchenette and a covered balcony. We blikken terug op een fantastische reis, zowel op vlak van natuur en cultuur als op vlak van verblijf. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Georg en Maria in het ruime, lichtrijke appartement boven hun woning. Met zicht op de bergen stonden we op en gingen we slapen. Je zit dicht bij het stadscentrum van Meran met haar beroemde thermen, maar je zit ook vlakbij de typische 'waalwegen' (zoek maar eens op!). Zowel makkelijke als wat uitdagendere wandelingen zijn talrijk voorhanden. Een 10/10 als je het ons vraagt. Grazie mille!

7 Tage in Meran

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr sauber, alles was einen Aufenthalt gemütlich macht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, grenzt direkt an die Obstplantagen an. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, das Auto kann im Garten geparkt werden.Alles in allen eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Eine empfehlenswerte Ruhe-Oase zum Wohlfühlen

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Mansardenwohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, umgeben von Villen und (Obst / Wein-) Gärten, in der wir uns, 3 Erwachsene, sehr wohlgefühlt haben.Die nahe gelegene Erb-Bäckerei, eine Konditorei, ein Obstladen rund um den Brunnenplatz (2 Busstationen entfernt), ein gutbürgerliches Gasthaus, welches auch Riesen-Pizzen anbietet sowie das gute öffentliche Südtiroler Verkehrssystem (kostenlos mit Gästekarte) sind Pluspunkte für einen autofreien Meran-Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der beeindruckende Panoramablick vom gemütlichen Sofa im Wohn / Essbereich oder vom Balkon der Ferienwohnung, rechtfertigt den etwas ansteigenden Spaziergang von der Bushaltestelle Lazag in jedem Fall. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gut erreichbar und zeigten sich herzlich bemüht. Vielen Dank, liebe Maria und Georg, ihr verdient für euer „idyllisches Refugium“ eine Topbewertung!

Tolle Wohnung in Top Lage

Sehr freundliche und sympathische Vermieter:in. Kommunikation lief sehr gut und waren für Fragen stets erreichbar. Tolle Lage der Wohnung - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen

Sowohl vor, als auch während des Aufenthalts sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Blick. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, nur mehr normale Gläser könnten vorhanden sein. Unser Fazit . wenn wir als Familie wieder nach Meran kommen dann sehr gerne wieder in diese Ferienwohnung.

Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und vorallem sind die Betten bequem. Äußerst freundlich und stets ansprechbar waren die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung, die im selben Haus wohnen. Ein weiterer Vorteil war für uns, dass die Unterkunft nicht direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Standzentrums von Meran liegt, aber auch nicht allzuweit weg.

Wunderschöne Family Time

Danke, dass wir einen so schönen Urlaub bei Maria und Georg haben durften. ☺️Wir sind sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen worden und die Ferienwohnung war absolut genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf die Berge, der Wohnbereich mit Küche mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen. Top Schlafzimmer und geräumiges Bad. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Maria und Georg. 😀 Besonders schön, war auch,dass die Südtirol Card in der Buchung inkludiert ist und wir die Öffis kostenlos nutzen konnten. Ist auch nur zu empfehlen, da man so viel besser überall hin kommt und das Auto stehen lassen kann. Gleich um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle. Danke für den Restaurant Tip 😉 Wir werden mit Sicherheit gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Appartement bei tollen Gastgebern

Das Appartement ist wunderschön etwas oberhalb von Meran gelegen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Georg und Maria sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sie waren jederzeit erreichbar. Auch für unsere Kinder (1 und 3 Jahre) war alles vorhanden. Herzlichen Dank. Wunderschöne Wohnung

Top Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, nette Vermieter. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Durch die Gästekarte ist der ÖPNV kostenlos. Hatten einen rundum schöne Woche verbracht.

Tolle Unterkunft

Alles was man sich in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht war vorhanden. Allerdings fehlte auf dem Toaster ein Brötchenaufsatz um Brötchen vom Vortag aufzubacken. Der Ausblick war fantastisch und der Weg in die Stadt -wie beschrieben - nur ca.20 Minuten.

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Es handelt sich bei dieser Wohnung tatsächlich um ein Refugium, in dem wir uns als Familie wunderbar erholen konnten. Skifahren, wandern, Ausflüge in die benachbarten Städte und Dörfer, Spaziergänge in Meran, die wundervolle Therme etc. - und nicht zu vergessen, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch! Guter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen, Meran ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit - es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.
