Perfect three days

Deserves its rating. Other than the breakfast buffet, I ate in the dining room only once so can't comment on the food. The breakfast was sumptuous. Friendly staff; lush, semi-tropical, five-star grounds; pool, spa, all appointed beautifully. Tucked away from traffic but very centrally located, the neighborhood is wonderfully quiet! As five-start implies, it is expensive but provides everything you could want for a meeting or getaway.

Great service

Upon check in they noticed from our passports that it was my wife's birthday while we were there. On that day they surprised us at breakfast with a table set with fine china, a candle and a small gift for her. Very nice touch. Nothing negative to say about this hotel.

Freundliches, zentral und ruhig gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel ist Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Poollandschaft und der Wellnessbereich ist genial. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet, jedoch unser Badezimmer war nicht fünf Stern würdig (Dusche in Badewanne und schlechter Haarföhn).

die ausgesprochen familiäre Atmosphäre beginnt in der Rezeption über die Eigentümerinnen bis zum gesamten personal ist sehr ansprechend. Der Service, die Küche, das äußere Ambiente, innen und außen, das Sauna, Bad und Wellness Areal sind vorzüglich. Die Parkanlage ist äußerst geschmackvoll, wie auch die Innenausstattung. Das Hotel, das wir vor 20 Jahren schon mehrfach besuchten hat enorm gewonnen durch großzügige geschmackvolle Modernisierung und Erweiterung. Insgesamt ein außergewöhnlich positiver Eindruck, was wir glauben beurteilen zu können, da wie seit vielen Jahren international viel unterwegs sind.

Eine Klasse für sich

Wir haben eine Woche in Meran verbracht. Dieses Hotel ist wirklich herausragend! Der Service, die Zimmer, das Essen alles ist einfach unglaublich gut und bis ins letzte Detail durchdacht. Auch die in 5 Sterne Hotels oft versteckten Kosten findet man hier nicht. Keine zusätzlichen Kosten für WLAN, Parken, morgendliche Gymnastik! Alles ist im Preis enthalten und dazu eine Freundlichkeit seitens des Personals und der Hotelführung die unglaublich ist. Wunderschön ist auch der Wellness-Bereich mit Sauna, Ruhebereich, Fitnessraum und Pool.

Very nice hotel

This hotel is perfectly situated near Merano center, but quiet and calm. The owners and staff was very friendly, food and wine was excellent and the facilities were superb. A bit pricy, but worth it.
