Located near the center of Merano, this cozy and well-equipped holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing vacation close to the numerous thermal baths and the picturesque mountain landscapes of South Tyrol and the Passeier Valley (Val Passiria). Bright, spacious, exceptionally clean apartment

We were very fortunate to stay in this bright, spacious and exceptionally clean apartment for nearly two weeks. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The bed is very comfortable and there is a large wardrobe for your belongs. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The living room has a nice sofa and smart tv. The shower is phenomenal. There is also a very nice balcony for relaxing in the evening. We were treated to a full moon one evening. It was lovely. The apartment is located a short, nice walk from the center of Merano. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Alex was an excellent host, communicating with us before and during our stay. He was very intuitive, listening to what we liked to do and making helpful suggestions. He made it a very personal experience for us. We highly recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten einen sehr unkomplizierten Check-in. Alex war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung entspricht im vollen Umfang dem Inserat und ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt konnten wir gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Nähe zum Stadtkern Merans.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung haben wir liebevoll und gut durchdacht eingerichtet vorgefunden. Haben uns gleich zu Beginn des 13-tägigen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war bei der Ankunft zugegen, hat uns alles gezeigt und in die Begebenheiten eingewiesen. Auch Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung von Meran gegeben. Auch hat er sich nach 3 Tagen erkundigt, ob in der Wohnung irgendetwas fehlt und soweit alles in Ordnung sei! Sehr vorteilhaft war auch, dass wir unsere E-Bikes in einer eigenen abschließbaren Garage in der Tiefgarage unterstellen konnten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie in der Wohnungsbeschreibung beschrieben in der Nähe vorhanden.

Urlaub in Meran

Unsere Ferienwohnung im Zentrum Merans (Untermais) war hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat tadellos geklappt und war geprägt von großer Freundlichkeit. Die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen eins zu eins der Realität. Die Wohnung war top gepflegt, die Küche hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Genossen haben wir vor allem den überdachten Balkon (Ostseite), den wir bis spätabends genutzt haben. Im nahen Umkreis ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man braucht und es gibt hervorragende Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Therme und das Stadtzentrum sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar, ca. 1 km. entfernt. Perfekt wäre die Wohnung mit einer kleinen Waschmaschine, die im Bad durchaus noch Platz hätte und die wandernden Urlaubern eine große Hilfe wäre. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 18 Fußminuten. Aus unserer Sicht kein Problem. Einkaufen im kleineren Supermarkt (der alles hatte, was wir benötigen) in 5 Fußminuten. Auch der Bäcker war in 5 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sofern der Vermieter mit den Preisen zukünftig nicht übertreibt.
