This place has some nicely remodeled rooms, and some spacious ones, too. But it is horribly understaffed and the facilties are meager, considering the price. And parking is an issue, too. If you have to pay high prices and suffer inconvenience to stay close to Beale and other downtown action, you might consider elsewhere.

the hotel was in a beautiful older building but the rooms need major maintenance, carpet in the rooms and hallways were really old and worn. no housekeeping and had to get towels at the front desk. the windows where so dirty you could see bee nests attached on the outside. good location being close to Beale street and the roof top bar was fun and you could see the whole city. the front desk was very friendly.

Staff is super friendly

It was an okay stay. Nothing fancy, and certainly not work 150 which didn't include parking or breakfast. They were charging $10 for hotdogs during 4th of July. I would not recommend and probably wouldn't stay there.

You had to ask for everything. Ice Bucket and iron are 2 things that come to mind. When your almost paying $300 a night you expect a lot more.

Nicely located, 5mn walf from beale street. Classic style hotel, clean and safe. Would recomand it

Close to a lot of things we were interested like Grizzlies Basketball stadium. We loved that. Dining every where. Good area to walk. Only 30 minute drive to Graceland.

Everyone is incredibly nice and hospitable.

The friendliest and most helpful front desk that I have seen in a long time.

The rooftop did not have meal service and the restaurant on the first floor was closed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. there was no room service unless you stayed more than 3 days, which was ok but we were not notified of that. Very nice place that I will visit again.

Hu Roof was nice, but offered no food. The room was nice but the lobby area was just outdated, smelly, small and not 4 star status. It’s an old desk in a space the size of a walk-in closet. Staff was friendly.

Everything in this hotel is a 10! Clean, modern, centrally located, walking distance. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, make you feel welcomed and pampered. Eboni, Casey, Mr Willie, Monica to name a few.

Fabulous place to stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms were great and so much to do within walking distance!
