The Madison is a beautiful hotel that provided us a wonderful mother-son-companion dog experience. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop lounge!

This hotel was perfect for price, convenient location, extremely friendly staff, internet speed, room size and room comfort

good - no that's it. I do not have time for this dfargsgv dsgrarg vdfrgaergvb dfsthgeatgraergh fghateh

Great location! Very comfy bed and nice decor. We stayed in a suite and it was pretty big. Bathroom was nice and roomy also. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant/bar was great!

There must be better options in Memphis. Room was overpriced. No microwave, there was a coffee maker but you couldn't heat water in it. I asked for a cup of hot water (so that I could make tea with my own tea bags) and was charged $14 for hot water. Checkout was SLOW. Iron dripped water all over my clothes. Hotel was 1/2 empty and I was given a room on lowest floor, facing dumpsters (and when trash was picked up the next morning it was LOUD). Otherwise, room was quiet and bed was comfortable. But I definitely wouldn't stay here again (there were other hotels in this area, but I think I'd stay in the mid-town area -- seemed much more fun, lively and interesting than downtown). And really, $30 for parking!?

We enjoyed the Madison from the moment we arrived. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and the decor was lovely. It felt both traditional and modern at the same time. Warm cookies were available in lobby mid-afternoon. Chocolates were on your bed each evening. Ice was delivered upon request.

Enjoyed. Be ready to pay $29 a night for valet parking

This hotel is not a chain, which is why we picked it, but not one of the nicer boutique hotels I have stayed in. Would not chose it again. No shampoo in the bathroom, coffee pods not replenished every morning, shower door leaked lots of water onto the bathroom floor. Every time we would leave our room one of the employees would ask us if we were checking out, even though we were staying for four days. The second day when we came back to the room our keys did not work. When we went to the front desk we were told they had been deactivated since we were checking out. We had a maid knock on our door the third day we were there and ask us what time we were checking out. We started to feel as if we were not wanted.

This boutique hotel is my favorite in Memphis. Nice rooms and great roof top bar!

I'm originally from Memphis, but frequently return for work and play. The Madison is conveniently located near all the fun (and work-related) stuff downtown, but not so close that you're bothered by noise or traffic. It's right on the Main Street Trolley Line. Cool, modern, with really great, upscale rooms.

I love staying here for the modern funky ambiance mixed with the undeniable customer experience you can only get from southern hospitality

Very friendly doormen helpful. Great location....quiet. Valet Parking for $29/night was pricey but safe parking a block away for $6 was wonderful. Beautiful rooftop was cool and very breezy during our stay. Walking distance from Beale was great.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, it was impeccably clean, had the friendliest staff and amazing amenities. The rooftop patio was a pleasant surprise and must see, beautiful view of the city! The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. For the price, this hotel is a great value in an awesome location. Quick walk to Beale st, riverwalk, etc.

The staff were all polite and helpful. The rooftop bar view and drinks were wonderful. The hotel location is easy to walk to restaurants and Beale street. Would stay again and recommend to others.

First room was next to the turbines and the roof of the restaurant/bar next door. Second room had a lovely view of the alley (with trash bins and garbage noise in AM). Overall, it was bareable - barely noticed neighbors, above/below/ beside, but the trucks can be noisy. Bed was more on the soft side for me (mild-moderate back problems, I prefer low firm mattress). Pillows had to be doubled up. Curtains kept AM light out. What truly grossed us out was the lovely rot brown stains in the mini fridge. We asked the front desk to emphasize to the cleaning crew to clean it. The stains remained, I was grossed out, made me wonder about the rest (what I canNOT see), never used the fridge. The rest of the room looked clean I'm sure they cleaned the surface structures, but that fridge disgusted me. Staff - kinda boring, not out of their way on anything, just blended in. It did take a while to get help with luggage when leaving. I don't mind waiting 15-20 min, but with low incoming clients (on a Monday 10 AM), the 45 min wait was irritating.

We wanted to get away for a few days and the Madison was the perfect place. We walked about 6 blocks to Beale Street every evening. The rooftop was spectacular viewing the sunset. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Junior suite and it was very spacious, lots of room for the 2 of us. Definitely should stay at the Madison!

We stayed at the Madison over the 4th of July holiday weekend. The hotel/staff are excellent, and the roof bar is fabulous too!! We hung out at the Twilight Sky Terrace to watch the fireworks, and were able to see not only the Memphis show, but also fireworks all along the horizon to the west. Excellent Location, will stay here again!!

We had a awesome time room staff hotel was great wouldn't change a thing and the 24 hour pool was the best because we checked in late and the rooftop words can't express how much fun it was

High priced but is downtown close to everything. Easy walk to wherever you want to go. Would stay again. Clean and very pretty.

From Memphis and have never stayed at this gem! The suite was immaculate and EVERYONE was so nice and accommodating! Room service and bar were on point and the food is great. the style of the room and hotel in general is very upscale and contemporary... not your run of the mill chain place for sure!
