Staff were friendly and polite. We received a courtesy call to let us know that the reception closes at 6:30pm. We informed them that we were arriving later in the evening, and the staff willingly made arrangements to accommodate. Room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. It is an older style model. But we were happy with the room according to the price we paid.

Value for price with family although 30 mins away from attractions still far away and lonely place. We where driving back to Sydney on road trip for a day checked in late after 7 pm and we where checking out about 10 am next day they room is in upstairs not convenient to get things down and staff came to us and said at 10:07 am what’s the time now you are late other customers waiting for check in , we felt it was not polite since we where already moving thing to car and only 7 mins delayed. Not recommended if you need to go to main areas & Asian staffs not polite should have some basic understanding.
