Was very impressed with this motel as it was the first time we have stayed there. The service was great, the room was clean with an excellent shower. We had the breakfast and have decided that we will be staying with them again in the future when in Melbourne.

Stayed on way to early morning meeting Central Dandenong. Clean comfortable. Room hot. Put air on to cool. Popped down for a drink at the bar. Lemon in corona old. Need to cut some fresh daily. Spoilt taste. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable

Very friendly staff, quiet, nice beds, shower perfect, air con working, everything you need nearby- but go out for dinner, so many great places in the area and the standard in the restaurant could use a brush off.

I have stayed at this hotel before, and wouldn't have stayed again but for a work trip where most were staying. The check in and service from the staff was very good, and all staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was small, and VERY basic. It had a double and a single bed, TV and fridge, but that's about it! Granted, it was clean, and fairly quiet, but no matter what I set the air conditioning on, it was stuffy. The bathroom was OK, and the shower hot, so all in all, OK, but only just. Breakfast was OK as well, and they have free undercover parking and WiFi In summary, if you want a clean hotel in central Dandenong with no frills whatsoever, this might suit you and it's relatively cheap. I reckon it's probably 2.5 stars.

Stayed hear on Saturday night the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. We actually upgraded to a bigger room which was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was just fantastc and checkout was easy and fast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for affordable accomadation right in the heart of Dandenong.

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were really helpful and the room was modern and well presented. The room was quite small but it had everything we needed. A well appointed shopping centre with food court is straight across the road with food options for almost everyone. This isn't the place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Melbourne - it's about an hour by train, but if you need to be in the Dandenong area then this is a great option.

This proved to be a very good motel right in the centre of Dandenong. With free parking, free wifi and free breakfast it was very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and the room was large and clean. Recommended!

We had a pleasant stay here for a couple of nights at the end of August, while preparing to depart Oz for return trip to UK.Rooms are small but comfortable, with comfy bed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Ramada Encore is very well placed for shopping and eats with the Dandenong Plaza shopping centre literally across the road.

I found the room spotlessly clean, very comforts and has all one requires, comfortable bed, different pillows, TV telephone, coffee and tea maker and internet. One has to only cross street to find a mall with a food court, the buses stop in front of the hotel and Dandenong is only 40 minutes from the heart of Melbourne by train. It is a budget hotel, has a small restaurant but the area is full of restaurants. The hotel is very good value for money.

I had business in Dandenong for the week and wanted to stay close and this hotel fit that need. The fixtures in the room were nice for this price range and the bed was updated. The hotel serves free hot breakfast everyday and does have secured, free parking as well. However during my stay during winter months, the heat went out one night and switched to full A/C blast. I did not notice until early morning when the room was ice cold and my nose sniffling. It appeared to have affected the whole floor. The hotel staff was able to fix it later that morning. Just be careful walking around Dandenong after 9pm. I heard this from several local co-workers. I noticed a lot of police activity especially when walking back from the train station.
