Was woken at 6am to kids thumping on the floor above and didn't stop until check out. Also no hot water for a shower. Lay out great as two rooms are back to back and could hear family member snoring all night in the next room. The apartment however was nice and clean.

We had a disabled room which was fine but the bathroom, although very big, the shower didn't have a place to put the shower rose so you had to hold it. Also, nowhere to put your toiletries on the basin.

Front desk staff are awesome, friendly, helpful, due to timing and the trade show I attended, my Breakfast became my dinner, that were totally understanding and it all worked out very well. Excellent staff.

I liked the flexibility on check in and check out time as per my request. (10.30am and 11am) respectively. Also, the location was perfect. Only 6mins to airport. This allowed us enough time to get to airport on time and avoid heavy traffic. On the negative side of things👇 Room was not clean/tidy. Where do I start…. After requesting for room to be serviced, dirty dishes not cleaned, rubbish not removed. Beds were re-made in same sheets? First day of check-in, there was only 1 face washer for each room. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 guests inclusive of our toddler. We requested for toddler cot, the foam used was the worst thing I have ever seen. It was dirty, black marks on the edge, it was also torn. That form would have made our son very sick. It’s a health hazard. We are so glad we did not put our son to sleep in that. Understaffed shifts was highly noticeable. This explains all the shortcuts staff have to use in order to clean this rooms and do a quick turn around. Microwave was also not working. The list is endless. Will never book here again.
