Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was the most overrated and disgusting hotel that I have ever stayed in. The filth and grime, including bodily fluids on the bed linen were not something that we requested for our stay. The apartment requires a substantial renovation as it is very dated, however this does not excuse the treatment that we received at this apartment. We only stayed for one night of the three that we paid for, and the host will not provide a refund. I have used Wotif for over 20 years, and I am also a extremely disappointed in the lack of assistance that they (Vrbo? ) have provided. They should not have accommodation like this on the Wotif platform. Totally disgusting.
