The place is ok, but very unkept areas around the units. Actual unit was on the tired side and needs a good update Bed was comfortable, but small. Air-conditioning worked well in living area. Host was very friendly. Unfortunately, i wont be back.

We stayed in unit 4. Unfortunately our unit was very run down. Requires paint, carpet and renovation of the kitchen and bathroom to bring it up to an acceptable standard. The blinds were terrible. If the lounge suite was donated to our school fair it would be thrown straight in the skip. Needs a really good clean inside and out. The grounds also require improvement. You could make the place much more attractive if you spent a few days there with a water blaster. Would also appreciate clearer instructions as to which wifi service to use and provide the correct password. We wouldn't return to this property or recommend it to other families and travellers unless money is invested by the owner to make it habitable and enjoyable.

Quite comfortable stay, Convenient to surrounding areas to shop and dine and close to my Son. Our front door did not lock even though it had a pin code entry, Opened up easily if you gave it a little push from the outside. Outside areas could do with a little tidy up and gardens, Overall enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable and a good size for 4. There were a few kitchen utensils missing and the outside driveway and gardens could do with some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. Great value for money.

Like: Good size of accommodation to fit 3adults plus a child and easy access to the Chatstone Shopping Centre within 10 mins. Friendly host and quick response. Costy property to stay. Dislike: All the rooms are fullfilled with unpleasant odours and need to open the windows and door half hour to get fresh air in.Some kitchenware are with some yellow stains and need to be sanitised prior to use.

The house was adequate, however it wasn't cleaned immediately before use because there were spiders dwelling in the bathroom, and the despite having a washing machine and clothes line, the clothes line was so filthy it couldn't be used without cleaning. The dishwasher was also falling apart, and thus dishes had to be hand washed

A quiet, private location with a very friendly owner. Kids got free handmade lollipops and we got yummy homemade lollies from the owner, which were very much appreciated! I would highly recommend staying here.
