The location is just fantastic, an easy walk from central Brunswick and its various delights. The hotel is under new management and they're in the process of renovating, so it's not FANCY but the (super friendly) staff warned us ahead of time so we were very satisfied

The premises is basic, bit daggy and older but totally fine for the reasonable price! Its clean, has stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery which is very handy, but the main thing that impressed me was how incredibly friendly and wonderful all the staff were! We dealt with 3 reception staff during our stay, every single one were the MOST wonderful friendly and helpful people I've ever encountered, I was really impressed and it really made my stay!

Very much in need of update and deep clean. Curtains were filthy, bed valance ripped. Booked and paid for balcony room , there was none available on arrival. But manager did give me $20 refund. Wouldn’t stay there again

Value for money in off peak times

Room ok, no fly wire on windows got attacked by mosquitoes!. The cooking stove top was difficult to operate and time consuming to resolve regardless of instructions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Do NOT stay at this place. Everything on your itinerary is a lie. Including the photo of your room. It was DISGUSTING. The smell of urine was overwhelming. My daughter has sensory processing disorder and she was so distressed that we had to book another hotel. They admitted the photo was not of the room on our itinerary and promised to refund us but when we checked out, they even charged me for late checkout. Then they charged me A SECOND TIME. AFTER WE HAD CHECKED OUT.

I understand its under new manaagement as of the day i arrived. However the pictures and discriptions of rooms and the expectations were set higher than the value presented at the accommodation. I am disappoint in this and think that the cost of the accommodation did not fit the room given. The pictures should match the discription and the cost of the room.

The property is in need of a deep clean and some love. However, for the price and location it was great. It was quiet and even though it's on a main road I slept really well. Not sure I would stay here again or recommend it to others, but it did the job.
