Hospital proximity!!
We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was chosen for its proximity to Peter Mac.
While comfortable and in a great location there are a few things missing to complete our stay.
Bedside lamps would be a welcome addition,
also free to air tv some face washers and a bottle opener!!
There are plenty of eateries in walking distance and an IGA across the road. The host assisted us to find parking in the building at an additional cost, but well worth the convenience!

Great location
Self check in was simple and stress free, the location was brilliant, a nice quiet area of North Melbourne, 10 minutes to the Zoo, 5 minutes tram to CBD or Queen Vic markets. IGA is located across the street and a few different eateries in very close proximity. I can highly recommend the pizza place and Joes Eatery.
The apartment was small but tidy and clean and had almost everything, it unfortunately didn’t come with and tea towels or bread and butter knives and unfortunately only one pillow each also needs a little bathroom bin. (I left some new disposable knives that hopefully will help the next guest)
At night and early morning the noise was minimal, I occasionally heard an ambulance siren but it was not noticeable. I also felt safe wandering around the area at night.
I would definitely choose this apartment again if coming to holidays in Melbourne again.
