Staff were lovely though waiting for checkin was long. Selection of pillows was limited but staff were very responsive to our request. Unfortunately for me the room was extremely hot, 20 degrees Celsius minimum temperature overnight and I did not sleep.

On Expedia I put in that I wanted a hotel with a pool. Get to the hotel and they want to charge us for a swim. Disgraceful. We get offered a breakfast for a certain price and when we go there they try to charge us more. Disgraceful There was nowhere on Expedia that you had to pay for parking. Nobody on reception when I checked out. Pretty poor when I had to activate the parking ticket. The bed was terrible, one pillow each. The list goes on. We done 3 months in Europe and did not put up with any of this crap. Shame on you Accorr and Ibis/ Novotel. You should be ashamed to treat anyone like this. Mark Chamley

Great airport hotel. Spent a comfortable 1 night here. Conveniently placed next to terminal 4 but accessible to all terminals. Facilities are fuss free and fit for purpose. Staff at desk were nice and friendly.

While the hotel room was quite nice, the current road works around Melbourne Airport have made getting to and from the hotel (from and to T1 and T2) a terrible experience. While the road works are outside of the hotel's control, the hotel should consider the following during road works: increasing the number of complementary shuttle bus (from 1 to 2) given the road works are making the travel time longer, improving visibility of signage (for the complementary shuttle bus airport point at the hotel and a sign re: how to enter the car park), and making sure staff are advising guests to arrive at the complementary shuttle bus airport point at the hotel at least 5min before the scheduled time. We and other guests arrived right on time, but the shuttle bus had just departed for the airport without us. Other than this miscommunication, the staff were very helpful and even got drenching wet to bring us umbrellas when we arrived.

Great proximity to Terminal 4 at airport. Earplugs to block plane noise would be handy for a better sleep. Facilities as expected. Clearer instructions on use of under ground parking would be beneficial. Room temp was set at min 20 degrees which was hot for sleeping.
