Good stay and quiet room

I love how accessible it is near the airport. I just hope they provided directions prior to check-in. Also, there are no available open restaurants or even convenient stores open around the area as I arrived tired, starving and thirsty. Kitchen staff is just until midnight too so couldn’t order room service.

Cleanliness was the only highlight of this property in all honesty. You pay for convenience because it’s a short walkable distance to T4. We picked to stay here due to being told it has a heated pool, sauna and gym. They do and the facilities are well kept and good but you pay a fee for it they aren’t upfront about and the pool is freezing- not heated. Was very disappointed to be told it was apart of our stay only to arrive and be told we needed to pay more. Getting to the front desk to talk to anyone was impossible as there were constant line ups at all times of the day with only 1 worker. The rooms are also very tiny. It works for a short stays but wouldn’t stay for more than 1 night. There provided dispenser shampoo and conditioner combo (not separated) was awful on my hair. I’d strongly avoid using it.

An overly long form to sign on check in. You couldn’t read it because the print was small and the lighting dismal. I think this is poor - the hotel shouldn’t require guests to sign documents that they can’t read.
