We arrived before 1100 and our room was ready. A large King bed in a large room on the 8 floor. Handy to transport. We enjoyed a great nights sleep and a good breakfast, including my wife's favorite Raisin Toast. The coffee and hot chocolate were also good.
Our double-bedded room was barely large enough, but the price included breakfast which would have been much more expensive if bought separately. Toilet and shower both have frosted glass doors, whcih do not offer great privacy. The location is handy for Melbourne's famous trams
This was a nice hotel with friendly staff, some things did bother me though like lack of gluten or dairy free foods at breakfast the noise from the bar next door plus the gasline repair sometimes at night which was loud and do hotels really need to keep a bible in eveyroom in 2019 as I can upset or offend those who are not religious or worship a different faith, great location though close to the trams and train and skybus and Bourke st mall and not a far walk from crown casino, the rooms are clean and tidy though wish they had a microwave to reheat or cook with as eating out is expensive most of the time unless u like eating biscuits and juices for dinner or salad. Have stayed at worse hotels but this one is quite good for 3 star hotel
The room was cleaned daily. Large and comfortable room. The people were very kind and friendly. The hotel is well located, close of a lot of restaurants, of the Melbourne Convention Center, and of the airport bus station.
Have stayed at IBIS LIttle Bourke Street for over 10 years - we know each other well. I suggested the breakfast needed some focus and sure enough next stay a better variety and quality was on offering. Desk staff always welcoming and nothing is a problem
Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff it was my friend's birthday and the receptionist wished her a happy birthday we got to our room and were disappointed it had 2 small single beds and a view of a wall we couldn't open the window either. The hotel was in quite a good location for the tram we paid for breakfast while we were there and to be honest it was worth the money the lady who worked there was very nice n friendly too we enjoyed our stay as we just used the hotel as a base so it catered for our needs
Awesome location in the CBD. Super clean room (small) with very comfortable beds. Huge shout out to the wonderful reception staff (Zoe and the team) for being so happy and positive giving recommendations, printing out travel directions for us and just truly living up to the ‘smile team’ values. Over from NZ celebrating two birthdays, the team have gone out of their way to make them special! Thanks guys and keep up the good work:)
We stay here regularly and find this budget hotel very good for our overnight stays, particularly because it is close to Southern Cross station. Our last room was nice and large, with a fresh and clean bathroom. Breakfast has the usual buffet choices and is quite adequate.
Clean and conveniently located. No frills hotel that has what you need when travelling for business. Probably would have stayed here with the family but ideal for singles or couples looking to spend more time out than in
good, staff all very friendly, room and property very clean and serviced well every day. Breakfast very reasonable for price.also great coffee machine. Nothing flash but great value met my expectations..
