Location is fantastic but value is terrific too. Charming older-style building tastefully refurbished. Don't expect city views from windows but once out on Flinders Lane, the gourmet Melbourne world is your oyster. Close to Arts museum, rail station, Fed Sq....and the best coffee in the world at Duke's opposite! My Melbourne home from now on!
