Your next stay in the Eau Gallie Art District! Walking distance to bars, eateries, festivals, and the famous Murals/Art! Private entrance, designated parking, strong air conditioning, all essentials provided for your next overnight stay/couple's getaway! Included are an above-ground pool (not heated), a hot tub, and a private, fully-fenced area for the furry family members! This RV includes a memory foam Queen mattress, large fridge, propane oven/stove, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, fast WiFi, large bathroom with shower, recliners, coffee station, and more! Room for your furry friend/s as well! Adventure awaits! If you want to visit/feed the chickens, just let us know! We can also accommodate a fire in the backyard.

We hope you enjoy what our place and Melbourne, and the Space Coast have to offer!

After you park in your private/designated parking spot, follow the path to the separate side entrance gate with solar lights guiding your way. This cozy/cool hangout spot has a full awning to shade you from the Florida sun, a charcoal grill is provided, an outdoor dining/seating area, and an outdoor hammock to relax all behind your privacy fence from the rest of the backyard (total privacy). Stay for as short or long as you like, enjoying the art district for all of the awesome restaurants, breweries, bars, comedy clubs, and awesome kayaking and fishing pier all within walking distance!
Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
