Friendly staff, great location for us - easy walk to trams, great eateries and supermarket close by - clean room that had everything we needed, easy check in and out. Only small grizzle was the shower which was a little unpredictable in temperature at times (but not annoying enough to stop us from staying with you again)

Nice large, clean room, well serviced daily. Friendly stafff. Excellent location for this hotel. My only question/comment is the so-called 'breakfast' room. A large, quite inviting looking dining room. But whenever I have looked in at that room during my stays here, there is nobody serving, and no menus! Very odd, and disappointing.

The hotel had delivery’s at 6am Very noisy with noise continuing for several hours and boxes partially blocking lift door making it very difficult to get out into car park I was not the only one complaining about the noise at reception when checking out they said that delivery was supposed to be at 10am and if they turned away they wouldn’t come back but council bylaws are no Comercial noise until 7am

Good location with buses and trams close by. The room was clean and equipped with 2 chairs (always a plus when you're a couple), kettle and fridge. Treated to a spectacular view of hot air balloons from our window on Tuesday morning. EV charging was convenient if not exactly cheap ($30-). Only one block from Lygon Street eateries and a Woolworths supermarket just up the road.
