I’ve found my Melbourne base

My work requires me to have a space where I can meet clients and this place has it all. I had access to a carpark clients could use, a comfortable living area, spacious bedrooms and onsite gym. Perfect for my needs. It was also about 200 metres from the free CBD tram network in Melbourne making it easily accessible. Thanks to Fab the fantastic building manager who showed me through the apartment at check-in. Excellent service.

The manager Cam was amazing and so helpful. Our unit was modern and clean, and we had amazing water views. Short walk to shops and lots of fun stuff for kids to do with bowling and boat hire. Short walk to free tram stop for easy access to the city. I highly recommend staying at this property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an apartment with stunning water views, and I must say, it was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with views of the sparkling water, which instantly put me at ease. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and well-appointed, with modern furnishings and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to whip up a meal and enjoy it while gazing out at the water. The bedroom was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed and plush bedding that made for a restful night's sleep. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water was truly magical. But the highlight of the apartment was undoubtedly the balcony, where I spent hours soaking in the views and watching the boats go by. It was the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. The water views alone make it worth the stay, and the comfortable accommodations only add to the experience. I can't wait to return and enjoy this little piece of paradise once again.
