A brilliant location for a great hotel. Spent 5 nights here and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. A few minute walk from the mosque with plenty of shops and restaurants around so getting food was never an issue. Would recommend especially for those who need wheelchair access.
I had a room on the first floor where the street noise was too loud due to a faulty window. Duty manager called ZAHER moved me to another room that had the same issue and when I pointed that out he told me that he will send the maintenance person. Issue was fixed but when I met him in the lobby and told him you should have checked the room. He said that what we have and when I told him that won’t be coming back he smiled and said you are welcomed to do so. Many other options that offer better service so please be careful
Excellent hotel and closest to ladies gate near Haram. We had two suites and both were upgraded to Haram view as being a gold ambassador of IHG. Good breakfast and rooms were clean and spacious. A short stroll to Haram. Hotel is located close to restaurants and shops. Our home in madinah.
The location of this hotel is perfect practically onthe door step of the holy prophet's (pbuh) mosques, you walk out of the hotel and in to the haram,it is a very quite and very clean hotel a lot of effort is taken in cleanliness, the bath towels are large and fluffy and soft and very clean same for the bedsheets, breakfast lunch and dinner are buffet and very very good fresh fruits and vegetables, variety to meet every persons need. They did mix up my reservation and gave us a room we did not book or want on a smoking floor which was a nightmare and we were extremely tired and the receptionist on duty did not even care, but are bringing tge issue up with the duty manager they made a lot of effort to rectify the sitution, so I will not grudge them and deny them an excellent review.Thankyou very much we enjoyed our stay with you.I without doubt recommend your excellent hotel to fellow pilgrims and wish you well and inshallah I will come back.
It’s expensive yes, but worth every penny. I booked a 3bed Superior room with city view & part of the group included an elderly parent. The haram is just outside the hotel, the rooms were clean & spacious and the service was excellent. The concierge organised our Ziara and it only cost 200 SAR around $67 AUD the total for 3 people. This will definitely be my go to Hotel whenever I stop by Medina Inshallah 😌
Stayed with my mother, wife n little daughter. The location for ladies, is perfect since it’s facing Gate No. 16. But for women timing, they have to go all the way to Gate 25. Rooms seem to be old since no door stopper was there. Bathtubs were not user friendly for old persons. Room service was perfect (naming Al Sindi and Jaffar). Breakfast had variety of food items and waiters were happily assisting the guest. Tea with hot milk was a big relief for my mom. It’s in the middle of Madinah Bazar so you have direct access to supermarkets n mobile shops.
My flight arrived at 4am in the morning and my check in was not until 4pm. This hotel was so gracious to accommodate me and gave me my room 12 hours early. The guest relation repersentive Amaad Ahmed Khalil was superb and he spoke fluent English. The rest of staff was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing as well. Location can't be better then this for men and women for the enternce of haram. I recommend this hotel highly and will stay again here as well.
The hotel is very close to the Prophets mosque. The hotel has 2 entrances on coming out on the street and the other within a few steps of the mosque. The tripple rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast variety was awesome and so was service. Stafg at hotel are very pleasant and friendly. Just make sure rooms are non smoking as i had 2 deal with secondary smoke from room next door and as a non smoker this was the only negative of the hotel.
reception staff are freindly but other staff are not so freindly such as concierge and breakfast staff, the hotel rooms furnetures needs to be renewed prices are reasonable, location are not very close to haram
The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff do there very best to keep everyone happy. The negatives - the rooms are starting to look tired and perhaps need updating also the lifts can be a pain especially at peak times. They simply do not have enough lifts serving such a big hotel. The breakfast is average and not to the level you would expect from an Intercontinental five star hotel.
