excellent service and consideration for a family reunion. The hotel made the breakfast room and lobby available for us to meet as a family in the evening. breakfast was very good and it was another occasion to gather as a family.

The room was good value for the price. Everything was clean and worked, decor was nice and beds were excellent. Would like to have seen the bathroom door actually lock and maybe some shower gel instead of hard soap. Otherwise all good.

I stayed during the Stampede and while the hotel was busy the staff were attentive and made me feel at home. The hotel room was clean and loved the chaise lounge to relax on after a busy day at the stampede. The bottled water and granola bar were a nice touch and made a huge difference on the hot day at the fair. The breakfast bar had lots of choices and there was ample seating room. The elevator is a bit slow and there is only one so make sure you aren't in a hurry.

we had the King suite which is located at the end of the hall which is great, you don't get the elevator noise and guests making noise going to their room. I always ask for a end of hall room. our room was okay, comfortable, quiet and a good price. my only complaint is only 1 elevator for this size hotel is ridiculous, but they can't add a elevator so you have to expect waiting a long time for the elevator.

We returned to this hotel for a 10 day stay and booked a suite. And again, everything was perfect. Friendly People, nice, spacious, and clean rooms, everything very affordable. There is a full hot breakfast in the morning and all day coffee and cookies. There is a pool, a jacuzzi, and a gym - I only used the latter. While it is small it provided to all my needs. The hotel is near to different parks and trails, as well as to a pizza place and a lounge. There is a variety of restaurants within a 5 min drive. If we return to Medicine Hat - what I sincerely hope - we will return to this Days Inn.

Our experience for a 1 night stay was quite suitable. On the downside, the bed was uncomfortable leaving us with some aches and pains in the morning. The internet connection was slower than I would have expected and somewhat unstable. On the upside, the room was quite clean, the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Check in and check out were both quick and painless.

We choose Days Inn every time we visit Medicine Hat. It's clean, has good coffee (especially if your addicted to hazelnut creamer) the continental breakfast is never a disappointment with great variety and delicious little pancakes. My toddler loves the swimming pool and it is open late so we can still catch a swim after our running around is done to tire him right out. The staff is unbelievably friendly every time you come across someone your greeted with a smile and asked how your doing. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy enough to get a good rest and wake up refreshed and ready to go (after your coffee of course!) I feel my money is better spent at days inn over any other hotel in the hat and I always look forward to my stay.

My Dad and I stayed here for one night while travelling through to B.C. Right from the reservation process, I could tell it was going to be a nice place. Pam was extremely upbeat and friendly on the phone when helping me with my booking. Gord was helpful at check in, and knowledgeable of the area. We chatted about new developments in the neighborhood, and when I told him I was waiting for pizza to arrive, he was interested to know where I ordered from, as he had a local favorite to recommend. Next time I'll ask him first! Both Pam and Gord provided top level service, and it came across as very genuine. The dećor is nice and bright, lobby and rooms are clean, and breakfast was well stocked. There is also a gift shop with snacks, drinks, quick dinners, and even D3H bedding! The pool and hot tub are kept very clean, and although we didn't swim, my nieces and nephews would have loved it. Thank you Days Inn Medicine Hat. Have a sunny day!!!

We were looking for a hotel to end off our family camping trip. I chose to stay here. After I made my reservation,my family decided to stay here as well. I called the hotel and they added on 2 more rooms in close proximity of each other on short notice without issue. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bed were comfortable ( a couple family members said they were a little hard, but I thought they were just fine) The staff, especially Tina, were very friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The pool was fun for the kids and the waterslide great for them to blow off some steam. The hot breakfast was really good waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs (hard boiled or cooked) cereal items, fruit, oatmeal etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our last stop on our way home, and it was a great place for our last night before arriving home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. I had the best sleep of our little five day trip in this hotel. My teen sons really enjoyed the pool and waterslide, as did I, and they raved about the strong wifi signal! The free breakfast was nice - we really enjoyed the pancakes. Free 24 hour cookies and coffee was a great touch. Location-wise, it is very conveniently near the mall and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.
