The heaters in the room did not control the temperature correctly so it was hard to keep the room comfortable. We did not receive maid service although we requested it. When I spoke to the front desk the first time the gentleman gave me clean towels and said he would make note for the next day. The next day, no service. Had to go to the front desk for towels again. They indicated we had do not disturb on our room which is not true. We only had the do not disturb on the door from approximately 10 pm when we got back to our room to 9 am when we left for the day.
