Moldy bathrooms, roaches, you can hear the neighboring bathroom. There is no vents. Therefore they leave your windows open when housekeeping comes through, regardless of your valuables. Paint was peeling from the walls and the room was tinier than pictured.

Mixed stay, nice staff but far from centre

The room itself didn’t look as good as the pictures. There was rust at the bottom of the toilet. We stayed there three nights and for the most part the shower was cold/luke warm. The receptionist did fix the problem, but the hot water didnt last long. Our room had a minibar but it was stocked so much that there is not much space to put your own things, should you wish to. The bed was comfortable and big. Location wise, it is in El Poblado but not walking distance to most things so will most likely need to get a taxi to most places. Overall, a mixed stay.

Beware....

Upon arrival reception staff was unprofessional, condescending and impolite. Double charged my American Express card and claimed to not be able to process a credit refund. Upon checkout received refund difference in cash with unfortunate attitude. Room was extremely small, cramped and smelled of water dampness/mold. Areas of drywall within room suffered from water damage and swelling. Bathroom was clean with hot water. Clean bed linings. Unfortunately I could and would not recommend this hotel.

Great place!!!

I would have just loved it if there was a restaurant on site, so that u could order room service from the hotel it’s self, other than that it’s a great place to stay, very close to a lot of great places, there is a mall just 2-4 mins away, and Jonathan from the front desk really made our experience that much better, all in all really enjoyed my stay here while I was in Medellín!

Felt ripped off!

Ice cold showers, twice. The second morning I complained three times, finally somehow the water was warm. Booked a room with two beds and had to pay 50,000 extra for a second person. Wifi was terribly slow, cut in and out every 20 seconds or so. Was offered laundry service - inquired about price, front desk agent said she wasn't sure, as it was by weight. Had 2 small bags of clothing washed, cost 119,000 pesos. Could've easily purchased new clothes for that price. Absolutely absurd. I wanted to like the place, but what a terrible disappointment. Best part was the breakfast and the lady who prepared it.

Good deal for the money....

Nice clean hotel that smells really good wherever you go. Around a 15 minute walk to Sante Fe and Oviedo Malls. Staff is very friendly and helpful The wifi was average at best but it was good in the sitting room next to the lobby. Breakfast is served outside in the back but it is better to get served in the room next to lobby which they will gladly do for you. Also the walls are a little thin so when the employees talk late night in the lobby you can hear them.

Ok stay rude manager!

The hotel manager was awful, he worked during the day. He didn't welcome us and didn't introduce himself and we never knew his name even when we left. He was on his phone throughout our whole 4day stay. All other staff members were lovely, the chef and those that worked the desk. Frese room is best to avoid if you are female the window is low and there is construction outside. The workmen looked in as I was getting dressed. The manager was kind enough to let us change rooms.

A bit far from the main area

Ok hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. Hotel is far walk from the main restaurant and bar area. Rooms were very small and there was not enough room to comfortably store two pieces of luggage. I would recommend looking for a hotel closer to pablado park as this one was inconvient and not worth the money
