The stay was excellent except for the loud HVAC / fan system in the room. We also could not accurately control the temperature in the room for what ever reason. There were too many dogs at the property last week but besides those things. The hotel was perfect. They had a beautiful PERCH area to relax. The elevators were truly state of the art. The suites were larger than what we expected and the entire hotel smelled so inviting and reminded me of the very sensational Changi airport as far as the smell of the hotel. Very convenient being so close to the Wegman's supermarket. Please note there are no plates, glasses and dish soap in the suites but the cleanliness of the property AND the delicious breakfast more than makes up for the nitpicking items listed above. A lovely Hotel with excellent amenities. I will go there again.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was our first time traveling to the Washington area, and the location is very convenient. It was only a short drive away from all of the places that we wanted to visit. The Breakfast Buffet was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had! It had plenty of options and everything was extremely clean, which made the experience great! The room and bathroom were perfect. Everything had a very luxurious feel. I would 100% recommend Watermark Hotel.

This place was great . It’s like a resort, you don’t really need to leave . Super clean . 20 mins from everything in the DMV area and right on top of a Wegmans . Will definitely stay again
