Pool was broken front desk computer was btoken soda/vending was broken pool was closed and that was why we stayed there for pool. Breakfadt was next to nothing and did not open til 730 we needed to check out by 715

The staff was courteous and fine. My concern was that we went to check in and waited 40 minutes because there was no staff at the front desk to check in with, and found out they were at the airport picking up pilots and we waited all this time, and no one would check us in, and they stated, "they will be with you shortly", shortly is not 40 minutes. We just drive almost 3 hours to get here and waiting this long was not acceptable. We love the hotel and come here to stay, and this was the first time something like this occurred.

Decent view and design of room. However, the shower head wouldn’t turn all the way off, no area in shower to place items besides ground, Kleenex ran out - the last bottom Kleenex sheets were a different color and folded down as if a guest put them there.
