Right next to the Airport with a bunch of Bars and Eating places around ,The staff was very courteous and service was excellent .The pool was clean and good .They serve breakfast and evening some complimentary food .Overall It is a good place to stay .The only thing i felt is Morning ,There is no Hot fresh breakfast from the Kitchen .It is a usual Morning Buffet .

I stayed here for one night and I had a pleasant stay. I was surprised at how nice and well kept the place was. They also had a mixer on the evening I was there which was kinda cool and they had so many options for breakfast. They also have a mini-kitchen in the room with a pot which I really liked although never got to use. The airport shuttle service was also very good.

The hotel was very clean and kept up. The staff was efficient and friendly and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area. It is conveniently located to many restaurants so you have options for dining.

We stayed at the Staybridge during a one day trip to McAllen. The hotel is conveniently located and the pictures in the website are consistent with the place. Overall I think it was a good decision and will come back in the future!

I liked this hotel. It seemed new. The rooms are large. There is a full kitchen in your room with full size coffee pot and coffee. The included breakfast exceeded my expectations. This hotel was comfortable. There is a shuttle that will take you to restaurants or the airport.

Everything about my stay was positive. I was visiting McAllen with my brother for an interview the next day, and I highly recommend this hotel for both professional and recreational trips. Julio at the front desk was so kind. He went above and beyond for us during the whole stay--he even printed us off a map to a local tamale place we had asked about earlier. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, especially the beds! It was really hard to get out of the covers the next morning. The hot tub was also terrific for relaxing the night before an interview.

I usually stay at Springhill Suites at Mcallen, but the last time we stayed there for the first time with our then 7 month old baby, it was very complicated to put her to sleep and have dinner without waking her up. Also, there is no bathtub, which forced us to bath her in the pretty-small sink. Staybridge Suites came as a great option, since their suites (or a few of them) have a door between the living area and the sleeping area, which is perfect to put our baby to sleep, close the door, and enjoy some take-out and watch TV without disrupting her sleep. Also, (i) our room had a bathtub, and (ii) having a the dishwasher was very convenient, since we could wash all her bibs for the next day. Overall, it was a great stay and we are likely to stay there in the future. The only aspect I would improve would be the cleanliness or the carpeted floors. I walked with my bare feet and when I entered the shower, water became black. It looks like they don't vacuum them very often or as thoroughly as they should.

I stayed here for one night when I visited McAllen for a job interview. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, from the shuttle drivers (complimentary transport to the local airport and restaurants), to the concierge who would recommend attractions. The room was clean and spacious, included a full size refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as an iron and ironing board. Would highly recommend!

This was my first stay at the McAllen area and I can not be more pleased with it. The hotel was marvelous. It was comfy and they have all the amenities you need in order to have a pleasant stay. The personnel was very helpful and the food is really good. They also have a great location, close to the hospital and close a mall if you are planning to do some shopping in the area.
