I picked this hotel because the reviews were good. The bed was broken, the AC didn't work, the curtain was broken and there was trash under the beds. They need to clean the rooms better and make needed repairs.

Booked my room before arriving through hotels.com Arrived and the girl working the front desk told me my card had declined and needed another card for payment. I told her the payment had processed and I had a receipt from hotels.com For 30 minutes I stood in the lobby while she called 3 different people trying to figure out how to process our room without having to charge me twice. After I asked her to just cancel the room completely so I could go somewhere else she activated a key and said she would get it figured out. She was very nice and apologetic but no one seemed to know how to do anything.

We drive to Texas from Wisconsin every year. This year we decided to go through Oklahoma instead of Arkansas. WE LOVED this hotel. We arrived after 18 hours of travel by car and literally, we all said WOAH! My husband has a disability with his leg so we always do accessibility rooms for the shower ease. This room was VERY spacious. 2 queen beds, a seating area, and nicely designed access to a sink, shower, and toilet. I also work in special education and so I wanted to make sure I pointed these things out for people who maybe in a wheelchair or also need a bit of extra assistance when not in their homes. **It is worth pointing out, we arrived in the middle of the night so it was harder for us to recognize. The hotel is directly behind the Walmart. Your GPS did not take you crazily to the middle of the parking lot.

The hotel seems clean but we walked in our room to see that there were no blankets on the bed just sheets. Had to ask for blankets. I have never been to a hotel where there is no bedspread or comforter. Also there is this strange little box in the upper corner of the room not sure what it is.
