Room needs some major updating. Has a pullout sofa but no extra blankets for the bed. There were Asian beetles all over the ceiling. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and was hard to regulate the temperature. The workout room/gym was out of order and used to store broken equipment. :( On a plus side, the beds were comfy and the staff was nice.

The mini fridge was frozen couldn’t be used. The ac unit didn’t cool the room. Also nasty stuff on the bathroom door and felt unclean. We didn’t even stay we left.

Due to a rush of people for breakfast, there was not enough food. After one family got theirs, it was all gone. the desk said more was coming but would take another few minutes. not upset just wanting to note issue. its hard to plan with one employee doing the desk and monitoring the breakfast.
