The kids enjoyed the pool, the beach and food. We traveled with 6 kids, 2 teens al all had fun.
Confortable rooms...service exelent...and instalations perfects...
Quiet relaxing stay. Close to Gold Zone n short ride into town. Found an amazing water park for kids. Great slides!
My stay at the Inn at Mazatlan was great. I was there for 15 days. The staff was very nice, helpful. I will definitely stay there again. I've stayed in a few hotels in Mazatlán and the Inn was by far the best. If anyone is looking at a place to stay, The Inn in the spot.
good experience staff always friendly open doors get you taxis place really clean warm pool is the best 2 hot tubs really nice could make a stronger drink around the pool love the popcorn at happy hour happy hour could be 2 hours like everybody else
Returned after staying there 10 yrs prior when it was nice. The hotel staff is excellent, with the exception of the cooks in the main restaurant. If it's anything but bar snacks and breakfast it is disappointing. Beds are old, small and uncomfortable, toilet runs constantly unless you 'jiggle the handle', ants are in the bathroom and around the refrigerator area, HVAC behind the hotel area is noisy, sewer smell in the walkway area to the restaurant is overwhelming, and it is ridiculously noisy overall beginning very early in the morning.
Stayed 7 days. Front desk personnel never smile when greeting guests. Felt unwelcome. Upside, Papgayo restaurant staff outstanding! Friendly. Good food and great service.
We were only here for one day but from the moment we got there it was great. The staff was wonderful and everything was very clean I loved having the ocean view. It was beautiful. I will definitely stay here again.
Great value but didn't enjoy as much as Pueblo Bonito. Room needs coffee to go with machine. The restaurant food was not up to par in quality. Construction going on behind pool with jackhammers. Towells poor quality.
Very good hotel with have a lot fun with my family
hotel has great location and remodeles romos are very good and comfortable... make sure to request ocean view!!
Stayed for a couple days while waiting for our real vacation to begin. Friendly staff, loved the activities, and a great location surrounded by restaurants etc. and a very short walk to a bus stop if you want to go a long distance.
We needed a one-night stay at the Inn at Mazatlan before checking in for our timeshare stay. We were put in a lovely studio with fantastic ocean views. The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel "special". I would recommend the Inn at Mazatlan for anyone wanting near the Golden Zone. The Inn has replaced the beds with new mattresses (extremely comfortable) and new flat screen TVs. We feel very secure and comfortable here and are treated like family.
the room was not a studio, was a stnd Hotel room, which was extremley small no view of ocean, Had to upgrade to get good amenities, cost was $55.00 dollars per night. Would not have stayed in original room, Hotel classified room as better than it was
This was our second stay here, and we will choose it next year if we come back again. The balconies are so relaxing.
It took 25 min to check in the staff at the front desk had a birthday party and only one person was at the front desk. The power went out while I was in the elevator 5 min pass we got out at the 3rd floor. Then we both had to walk up the stairs up to the 10th floor while we both got wet.got to the room no air condition room was hot and muggy. In the dark a cenipy a large bug about 3 inch long came out in Mexico there are called cinepies they are poisiones I had children in the room. Not cool hotel needs to fumigate the rooms ASAP . The inter net wifi never work I was charge $7 us dollars never worked that another thing everthing was in us dallers the mexican goverment does not let company take us money. The man at the pool wanted my $20 but asked for my us passport i was upset . Staff did not stop asking me to go to a time share pransntation. The worst time ever. At 8am at the pool there was a full 7 piace band with drum set playing super loud music. I cow D not sleep the night before. Wanted to sleep could not I never got to sleep I will never stay at this f......... Hotel the CID next door the best do not stay at the inn at mazatlan
WE WERE ON A MISSION TRIP TO TEST AND GIVE EYE GLASSES TO THE POOR PEOPLE OF MEXICO. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL TO OUR EVERY NEEDS. CLEANER,FRIENDLYER,ROOM SEEMS BIGGER AND A GREAT VIEW
We've been at the Inn many times. We love time by the pools, reading books, walking the beach, etc. We plan to go again next year.
Great location...wonderful food...the best staff. We had stayed at the Inn last year and had the same great time and experience. Only downside were the hard beds but then I have never had a comfortable one in Mexico.
Spent some time on the beach, but mostly worked doing eye exams and giving used out about 1000 pair of eyeglasses to needy people. The room had no 3 prong plug ins, so could not use the coffee pot.
