We were very happy at the Maui Parkshore. It is right across the street from Kamaole III Beach Park. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We had a two-bedroom unit with lots of space for our family of 5. The view from our 4th floor unit was amazing! We especially enjoyed the large deck. The only real negative was the street noise. Since there is no air conditioning in the unit, you cannot realistically shut the windows.

I had a two bedroom unit with an ocean view. I had a great view of the sunset every night from my lanai, unit 316. Other unit view maybe blocked by trees. The condo was very comfortable and clean with a washer and dryer. The location was great, right across from Kam III beach, which is the best of the Kam beaches and within walking distance of the downtown restaurants. I am recommending it to my employees!

Unit interior was fine. Liked the free internet. Kitchen was in good condition. Would have preferred a unit in the main (east) building, our unit was in the north wing (there is no south wing) and the lanai faced west so there was too much sun on the lanai. Also the unit was closer to the street and beach across the street so we had more street noise and the noise from the very loud music, mostly deep base drumming that was coming from parked cars in the beach parking lot. Assume all the units have some street noise, but main building units on the south end would be preferred

Very close to beach. Unit had fun beach equipment for us to use. Good pool. Walking distant to restuarants. Although the unit was listed as a garden view, we had a view of the ocean also. On the downside, the street was very NOISY. I did not sit on the balcony much because of this. At night you still could hear lots of traffic due to the slat style windows.
