This house was located central to all the things we planned for our trip. Shopping and food was close and we were close to the airport. We appreciated the ability to walk to the beach when someone else had the car, and the beautiful sunsets from the backyard. The garage was loaded with everything we needed for the beach(chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers).We are a family of 5 adults and 1 teen and we all felt comfortable in our sleeping and bathing areas. During the evening it did feel a bit warm at the max temperature controlled setting and humid for sleeping at night(we like it cool, but we also live in Chicago:), but there were ceiling and floor fans we used the entire trip which helped. The kitchen was a good size for 6 to eat and socialize, and all we had to buy for cleaning and eating was a small package of paper products for the week. The house and yard was well maintained and exactly like the picture. The pool was cooler because it was winter, but it was clean and refreshing on the sunny hot days(mostly shaded in the backyard with a small area of sun that peaks through mid day)Tamara was available and responded to us even during the holiday week when we had a question.
