Aucune réception donc lors de notre arrivée le portail était fermé aucune sonnette nul part pour prévenir de notre arrivée. Nous avons dû aller au bar à côté de l’hôtel demander comment faire pour que des personnes appelle la personne qui était sensée être sur place. Je précise que nous sommes arrivé en semaine et en pleine après-midi !
Le matin de notre départ et alors que nous aurions aimé partir tôt pour la suite de notre voyage personne avant 9h pour le check-out de plus il y avait eu un panne de courant donc pas de possibilité de faire son petit déjeuner ni même d’aller au toilette

The beach view was amazing.
The view from the pool was amazing.
They said my reservation wasn't booked with my vip status, so no vip perks.
Breakfast says buffet, and the picture shows buffet, but it's à la carte, so not a buffet for the price; you can get a better breakfast elsewhere.

The rooms were very comfortable (best sleep we had on our trip to Costa Rica) and we loved the pool, the beach, the sunsets, and the star gazing at night. We were there with our family. It is a bit remote so good idea to bring games and snacks if traveling with kids. The restaurant on the premise is expensive but serves creative dishes by a Michelin star chef using local ingredients.
