Buen apartamento. Sin embargo no tiene aire acondicionado en unos días de mucho calor. Con la ventana abierta, el ruido del tráfico es importante a todas horas. Sorprendentemente, faltaba un armario dónde colgar o dejar la ropa. No tiene parking y el aparcar en la calle es de pago con límite de estacionamiento de día.
