The front desk staff was exceptional, with Tina and Amy providing exceptional assistance and hospitality. The housekeeping staff is also commendable (hard workers). The breakfast was the most delectable I have had in a considerable amount of time. . The best hot breakfast I've had in a long time.

Our grandchildren live in Mason City (in a small home), and we came from North Carolina for the Christmas holiday. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very good, free wifi and parking were appreciated, and we will definitely stay there again when we visit!

We didn't each much breakfast but what was there looked delicious. The coffee machine made great coffee. The breakfast and sitting area was so clean and so comfortable. Enjoyed several cups of coffee and visited till we left for a doctor appt. in time. The staff was amazing! Both checking in and checking out and staff working breakfast!
